If you have an iSeries/AS400/i5 and you are going to 8.5.......
Been meaning to post this for a while....
If you are an AS400 shop and are on V5R4 then please ensure you request the Java 6 JVM PTF PRIOR to doing an 8.5 upgrade.
The PTF in question is SI30432 and is only available as orderable media on DVD and can take a while to get delivered. You don't want this to happen during an upgrade ;)

I was out of state at customer site for the upgrade and ran into this; but IBM support came through for me!
