Yesterday I tweeted about 8.5.1 FP3 IF1 being available but that the time there was no documentation as to what it fixed.

As outlined in Technote 1433721 there is a potential issue with Domino server performance with authentication when policies are bring downloaded to clients. Apparently this is can particularly affect Domino servers that are part of Directory Assistance.
