Ben has an interesting screen shot over on his blog. This shows quite eloquently the risks associated with moving to the cloud. You have no change control. PERIOD.

Imagine someone changing core functionality in an application, any application, and just rolling out. No warning, no testing. *flick*, new "feature" just enabled. "But wait, I liked it the old way. Can you just replace the design again?". I can only guess the answer. You are now firmly in the control of the G-Men.
