I could go over it here, but there are more details on the Tips In Two site about the details. This about sums it up:
Over the coming months, years and millennia we will be doing very short screen casts covering all manner of Lotus Notes tricks centered around making Notes users more productive. Hence the name, "Tips In Two". Most of the screen cast content will be under two minutes in length (a) so we can post more often, and (b) so users don't get overwhelmed.

Be sure to use the RSS feed on the site or follow @lisaduke on twitter to be notified of updates. As of now there about 6 or 7 rolling out over then next week or two.
