Michael Lee from the IBM SWAT team will present on how his team routinely deals with the most complex support issues related to Notes and Domino. Michael will share some of the most challenging problems his team has faced and how they solved them and will share his insight and experience as a SWAT team member in his talk, "How To Go From Zero To Hero When Everyone Else Is Losing Their Heads"
