The other morning on This Week In Lotus I was lamenting the complete lack of robustness with Google Docs. See, we use Google Docs to allow the TWiL guests to see and concurrently edit (and this is really cool by the way) the show layout before we record.

During the preamble to the show I had asked if anyone had any news on Project Concord (the reported LotusLive Labs equivalent of G-Doc). Someone mentioned it maybe on Lotus Live labs, so off I toodle and open a browser and go to http://www.lotuslive.com, log in and bam, the below screen shot is what I get.....

Image:The cloud apparently has no contact options - when LotusLive goes bad
Erm....OK....now what? This is only a portion of the screen but THIS IS ALL that is on the screen. No "contact us", no "support number is....." Nada. Nothing. I know, let's try http://support.lotus.com. Nope.

So now I'm off to IBM Partner World to see what I can find. Chances are, once I fire up PW you will likely never hear or see from me again as I enter that maze.

Apparently clouds don't have phone lines to them. Not surprising really as they would undoubtedly get into airplane engines and disorient birds.

Good luck on progress with getting your account reactivated (or at least finding out what occurred). If LotusLive is to be a success and set itself apart from the competition, the quality and availability of support (for BPs as well as customers) needs to be good.

Darren - I am on the LotusLive team and I checked into this for you. This is a trial account and you would have received advanced notification that it was about to expire. Let's discuss consolidating the content in this account with your other LotusLive accounts.

You do make a good point about the login failure not offering a link to get help. I will open a work ticket to get that addressed.
